Appointment requests

An appointment request is pending until the shop approves it. Check the confirmation message for your final service, time and barber. Contact the shop to change or cancel a request. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. Call before booking custom kids’ hair designs.

Services and pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The shop can clarify service inclusions, custom work and applicable taxes before your appointment.

Online orders

Shop prices and checkout totals are in Canadian dollars. Available pickup and shipping options, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. Products are subject to stock availability. Pickup orders are ready only after the shop sends a ready-for-pickup notice. Contact linedup.bs@gmail.com about order changes, returns or refunds.

Gift cards

Digital gift cards are activated after successful payment and delivered by email. They use Square balances for redemption online and at the shop’s Square checkout. Keep your card number and private card link secure. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

External booking providers

When the shop selects Setmore or Booksy, their booking pages handle appointments under their own terms and privacy policies. Availability and confirmations are managed by the selected provider.

Google Maps content

When connected, Google Maps supplies review information under Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Reviews belong to their authors. Source links appear with each review.
