This notice describes how Lined Up Barber Shop uses customer information on this website and information migrated from its previous booking system.
Appointments
We collect your name, email, phone number, service, barber preference and any notes you provide so we can manage appointment requests, contact you about them and maintain customer records. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in appointment notes.
Existing customer records
The shop may import existing customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, company information, addresses and notes from its previous booking system. These records are accessible only to authorized administrators.
Orders and gift cards
When you shop, we collect your contact details, shipping address when needed, order items and payment references to process and fulfil your order. For gift cards, we also collect any recipient name, email and personal message you provide. Square securely collects payment details and manages payment processing and gift-card balances. Full payment-card details are not stored by this website. Your shopping bag is saved in your browser, and your current checkout link is kept for that browser session. Keep order and gift-card links private.
Promotions
Promotional emails are optional. The booking checkbox is unchecked by default. For new website signups, we record your choice and its date. Imported subscription settings are recorded separately with their source. Each promotion includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing does not affect necessary appointment messages.
Providers and calendars
Website hosting and database providers process information needed to run the site. If email delivery is connected, our email provider processes your email address and message content. If calendar synchronization is enabled, approved appointment details are shared with the shop’s Google Calendar. Google Maps supplies the reviews section when connected.
Storage and access
Customer records are restricted to authorized shop administrators. We retain records while needed to manage customer relationships and appointments. Contact the shop to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we need to retain.
